Hi! I’m Nadine, a yoga teacher based in Killester and a mum of three. I completed my training at YogaHub, where I had the privilege of learning from amazing teachers who shaped the way I teach and experience yoga today.
For me, yoga isn’t just about what happens on the mat—it’s about how we can integrate the practice into our busy everyday lives. I have a deep interest in how our breath affects the body and nervous system, and I love weaving this into my classes, helping students find moments to pause and connect with their breath.
Life can get pretty hectic, and I know it’s not always easy to roll out the mat every day. But whether I practice for 5 minutes or an hour, I never regret it. Even small moments of connection with yourself can have a profound impact, on and off the mat.
I believe yoga offers a space to find that balance, even in the middle of a busy life!
