All Levels/ Vinyasa Flow
Come join me on Monday mornings and start your week feeling more balanced and grounded.
Each week we will look at different ways in which we can bring more balance and calmness into our daily life; through yoga poses, breath-work and meditation.
I want this class to be a place where there is no pressure or expectations, just a space to give time to yourself and connect with your body. Whether you are a beginner or practicing yoga awhile, this course can provide something new to explore and enjoy.
The class will have a steady pace with props and variation to suit your individual style and level.
I focus on connecting with the breath throughout my classes, taking time to notice it and allowing it to guide us through the poses.

All Levels/ Gentle Flow
Join me for a soothing and revitalising beginners’ Vinyasa yoga class. This hour long class focuses on connecting breath with movement, guiding you through a series of flowing postures that build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. We’ll also incorporate the use of props to support and enhance your practice, making each pose accessible and comfortable for all levels.
Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your understanding, this class provides a welcoming space to relax, unwind and find balance.
Practicing yoga offers a wide range of benefits for both the body and mind.
Physically, yoga improves flexibility, strength, and balance, while also enhancing cardiovascular health.
Mentally, it promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and fosters a sense of mindfulness and inner peace.A regular yoga practice can also improve concentration, boost mood and help manage anxiety.By uniting movement with breath, yoga encourages a deeper connection with oneself, leading to a greater sense of overall well-being and balance in your day to day life.

All Levels/Gentle Flow
This is a one-hour gentle yoga class designed to help you unwind at the end of the day.
The pace is slow and steady, with a focus on simple movements, guided breathing, and giving the body time to settle. It’s suitable for all levels, including complete beginners or anyone returning to yoga after a break.
The class begins with gentle mobility work to release tension built up from the day, particularly through the back, shoulders, and hips. From there, you’ll move through a calm, gentle yoga flow, linking breath with movement in a way that feels manageable and unforced.
There is no pressure to keep up or push yourself. You’re encouraged to rest when you need to and to move in a way that feels right for your body on that day.
The final part of the class focuses on stillness, with longer-held, supported shapes and time to properly switch off. This helps signal to the body that the day is coming to an end and supports a more restful night’s sleep.
These evening classes are a simple way to create a clear break between the busyness of the day and going to bed.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring anything you need to feel at ease, and come as you are.
